Archer stands by their work and their word. A trustworthy company, and I couldn't be more pleased. My house sold within a month.

Great service with up front pricing and the results are great. We had our carpets cleaned and tile areas cleaned and sealed. I used another company before, never again. I will use Archer every time. All cleaning is done using his truck and equipment, another reason I like these guys so much.

I have used Archer Carpet cleaning for almost 3 years now. Our carpet gets pretty dirty from our 3 kids and 2 dogs, but it always looks like new after a cleaning. My house smells so fresh and clean. It is always a good day when they come and clean the carpet! They guarantee their work and will come back if you noticed they missed anything. They are always very thorough and respectful when in my home.

We had AMAZING results. We were contemplating replacing the carpet, but no need. It once again looks like new. We have a toddler grandchild who is great at soiling the carpet. MOVE OUT CARPET CLEAN AWESOME, after shopping around for 3 days these guys had the lowest cost and based on other reviews, I went with them. They did as they promised and called my 30 minutes prior to arrival. Paul was very knowledgable and offered several ideas and solutions. They even notified me that I had left some clothes hanging in an upstairs closet, and let me get them out before they cleaned this way there would be no foot prints on the carpet. Paul was very friendly and even answered my stupid questions about carpet cleaning. Hands down the best customer service I have received in a long time

Archer came out and cleaned my carpets in a timely and professional manner. Because I had used a Carpet cleaning "soap", on my carpet prior to their visit, I had alot of soap residue in my carpet. This residue showed up as a grey area after their initial clean, but when they called to inquire on my satisfaction, they said they would come back and retreat those spots with a solution to help get all of the soap residue out. Afterward, they called again to offer tips for future carpet care. Thanks Archer!

I asked his opinion on the animal enzyme treatment, and he said I'd be better off getting the Teflon treatment for the same price since my pet did not have any serious accidents. He was nice and squeezed my appointment in at the last moment within 24 hours. I will be sure to call him for future carpet cleaning services and refer him to others. Also the wife says she was happy as well since he was courteous and polite.

We recently purchased an investment condo that was quite dirty There were many layers of dirt that had built up over the years due to lack of proper cleaning. Some of the grout was black. Paul arrived as scheduled and explained the tile and grout cleaning thoroughly. He tested a portion of the grout with an acid cleaner. I felt confident that the techniques Paul used would work on our floor I was not disappointed, the floor looked great. Grout was cleaner than I expected. One hiccup was lack of communication that the grout sealing had to scheduled the next day. Paul immediately changed his schedule so my floor was ready for move in day.

I had carpet/grout cleaned in a house purchase. Paul is such a kind man. He came out to inspect and test some of the areas to be sure he would have the correct supplies. At first, I was skeptical about his testing because no other company had done that in my previous houses. I like "family owned" and Paul introduced his nephew to me, completed cleaning within reasonable time frame; and was extremely cordial/professional upon receipt of payment.
